I'm also doubting: does Bare allow you to put three commands/abilities? Or just two?
Anyway, yeah the Main Appeal of Dualcast is that it lets you dualcast other Magic-Varieties you have equipped as well. As such, Mimes are the best Caster Job in the Endgame, as you can slap Dualcast + any two Magics you want on the Character.
Freelancer only has two Slots, but is the best Physical Endjob, as they can equip literally any Piece of Equipment. People usually go Spellblade + Rapid Fire (as they can dual Wield by default once you master Ninja. Remember that Freelancers and Mimes learn EVERY inherent Ability from the Jobs that Character has mastered, along with each Jobs positive Stat Boosts). Usual Spellblade of choice is Flare, by the way. It's atleast infamous enough, they made it Bartz' Ex-Burst in Dissidia.
Usually, my team has mastered Monk (for STR & STA), Thief (for AGI). The two physicals have mastered Ninja & Hunter. One has MagicSword, the other most likely Blue. (God, I love Big Guard.) The two mages have mastered Summoner. One uses Black & Time, the other White & Summon.
Dark Arts does not work with Dualcast, right?
