Checking the Run Counter?

So, I'm going for the Brave Blade this run through (yes, I know, the Chicken Knife is ultimately better, but I've never gone for the Brave Blade before), and I accidentally ran from a fight (using the default keyboard layout and "Auto-Battle" is right next to "Run Away"). Anyway, I quit and reloaded from a save game before said accident.

My question is this: does this fix my "# of times you've fled" counter? Is there a way to check it to be sure? I haven't even gotten the Water Crystal yet, so getting far enough to see the results on the Blade itself is a bit of a long haul from htrere.

If you reload to a state with no "runs" you're safe. Even if you weren't sure about it, 1 run is totally negligable on the total power of the weapon, don't beat yourself up about it.

What happens is this;

BB starts out with 150 base power. Each time you run from a battle, it's power is reduced by 1.

Heh, I know, but I'm much more of a perfectionist than is probably strictly healthy, so even having 149 instead of 150 would annoy me, even if that's a difference that is vastly overshadowed by the RNG. :-P

Personally I rarely use the BB nor the CK. Run-grinding feel cheap to me, but not running at all makes many areas annoying to the point that I shy away from the brave blade.

Unless I'm in a fiesta and have limited options, I prefer to use other weapons most of the time (although I admit I did use a fully powered CK to get the boss achievements on my first run).
