Achievement: 12 legendary weapons

I just finished the 4 tablets, when I arrived at the castle to unlock the 12 legendary weapons they did not give me the achievement. Did someone else have this problem?

Regarding that, when I got the first tablet I picked up 3 weapons, then with the second tablet I picked up 3 more weapons, but when I went through the third tablet it occurred to me to go and find the fourth one. Then when I picked up tablet 3 and 4, I went to the castle, when I put the tablet I saw that 1 tablet was consumed, but he let me pick up the 6 remaining weapons. Has that been the mistake?
