Help defeating Enuo?
I'd like to hear what tactics people have used to beating enuo, i'm far from the point where i can challenge him, but i'd like to get as much help as i can, since i really want the necromancer job.

What jobs have you been using? What level and gear? What's the easiest way to beat him without grinding too much?

I was thinking of using double cast + flare/holy and then use 3 others as mimics. Or Doublecast and summon bahamut and 3 mimics.

Ideas?

Hmm, it's hard to respond to this without spelling out how to cheeze his mechanics. Lemme know if you want an in-depth description of the fight, for now I'll assume you just want some pointers.

Enou isn't that backbreaking when it comes to the post-game content. In my opinion he's the easier of the three optional bosses. You can make do without extensive grinding if you make sure you have your bases covered namely.

1. Make sure you have a way of dealing with zombie
2. Make sure you know your mixes
3. Make sure you have the relevant blue magic

As far as gear go, there's no rare drops/steals nessesary. I'd personally recommend hermes sandals & zombie immunity on your dedicated healer/buffer and go with whatever weapons you have with the most uumph for the others.

as far as strategies goes, during the fight he'll go through two phases (you'll see what I mean when you fight him). During the first phase don't bother with !rapid but on the second half go nuts. !rapidfire+!spellblade (flare) is fairly reliable on the second half of the fight.

Other than that, go try it. If you're in the post game contect reaching him doesn't take that much effort in the grand scale of things, and he is easier than you might think. You'll wipe a couple of times because of his general nastiness, but he is no Neo Shinryuu (which actually requires some mindnumbing grinding to kill efficiently).

Why bother with black magic?? just go with 2 freelancers with x-fight dual wield and 2 mimics with white /blue magic/mix and destroy him

You can't dual cast Blue magic (and your Free lancers with Rapid Fire don't have need for anything in particular so they can hold Mix/Blue). Besides Free lancer Automaticly inherit dual wield, you don't need it equipped on your Ability slot.

I'm looking for the least grindy way of winning, so the one with the least amount of work needed to get my party to win.

Rapid fire is Ranger Job maxed (600 ABP), max stats on Free lancer is Max Monk(700 ABP) for Strength and Stamina, Thief Max (635 ABP) for Agi and Summoner for Magic (should be highest although Oracle also gives the highest magic although not as useful). While getting dual Cast costs a crapton of ABP (a whopping 1159 ABP with 0 points in red mage), you likely only need it on two characters. Time mage has a fairly low ABP requirement to max (530 ABP) although Summoner is fairly high (750 ABP) and White mage at 580 ABP. Blue Mage is maxed super quick (350 ABP) and Chemist take some time (630 ABP) too but like Summon and White magic you likely won't need it on everybody. Kind of depends on what you have used so far (Also keep in Mind Phoenix tower gives you 500 ABP for a random amount of Elixirs, given you haven't done this already. You can easily steal elixirs off Crystal Dragons as a common steal if you need them).
