Enou isn't that backbreaking when it comes to the post-game content. In my opinion he's the easier of the three optional bosses. You can make do without extensive grinding if you make sure you have your bases covered namely.
1. Make sure you have a way of dealing with zombie
2. Make sure you know your mixes
3. Make sure you have the relevant blue magic
As far as gear go, there's no rare drops/steals nessesary. I'd personally recommend hermes sandals & zombie immunity on your dedicated healer/buffer and go with whatever weapons you have with the most uumph for the others.
as far as strategies goes, during the fight he'll go through two phases (you'll see what I mean when you fight him). During the first phase don't bother with !rapid but on the second half go nuts. !rapidfire+!spellblade (flare) is fairly reliable on the second half of the fight.
Other than that, go try it. If you're in the post game contect reaching him doesn't take that much effort in the grand scale of things, and he is easier than you might think. You'll wipe a couple of times because of his general nastiness, but he is no Neo Shinryuu (which actually requires some mindnumbing grinding to kill efficiently).
I'm looking for the least grindy way of winning, so the one with the least amount of work needed to get my party to win.
