Waterwheels broken since update
Not sure if I'm the only one who's been having an issue, but I can't get waterwheels to work. Besides them being weird and leaving holes in the water (which were supposedly patched), they simply don't work, even in rivers. The 'Status' window tells me that they're either not in the water when they're half-submerged, or too deep.

Am I doing something wrong since the new update somehow, or is this an issue? I assume it's a bug since waterwheels were completely reworked.

Strange. I have had a waterwheel since before the update and it seems to be putting power into the wheels on our server. Mine is barely touching the surface of the water and working.

I cannot reproduce this issue either. If you have any additional information, please send me an e-mail to dennis@strangeloopgames.com, potentially with save file or screenshots where you placed them.
Same here - tried waterwheels at every depth and it doesn't work in any positions.

Please provide me with a save-file and coordinates or telling screenshots of the water wheel with the map open unobstructing on a side and river overlay active to see if its actually a river to the e-mail address mentioned above, so we can take a look.

Sorry, didn't see this. I haven't had the issue since, so I probably just made a user error.
