UI has vanished!

As far as I know there's no disable UI function, but mine has completely disappeared! Pressing tab or E on functional objects does bring the mouse up and play the appropriate sound, but all UI function except for the escape menu has vanished. Restarting doesn't seem to fix it either.

Hi there,

If you'd like to troubleshoot this privately feel free to send an email to [e-mail], though I suspect ParadoxedHope's answer might solve it for you. Alt+Z is the default hotkey for toggling Nvidia's overlay, and sometimes the overlay does weird things with game UI.
