i have my setting in english but some item and action is in french since 2 days , i started the game full english but now is look like half french . How i can repair that without deleted the game i make

If you have it set to English in your settings and it is still giving you things in French that sounds like a bug. Could you file a report over on our issues page so our devs can take a look?

Same here (with german language).
Set Steam to english and reinstalled ECO, set english as primary languange in ECO.
Still get a mix of english and german, some items are named in english and some in german.
Additionally "/mark coal" sets a waypoint named "Kohle" (coal in german) with colored text and the icon for coal. If i create a waypoint "Kohle" the text is standard white and has no icon...
As my OS is set to german, is there any way to prevent ECO from using this info and set something like a start parameter?
Happens in single player mode, have not tested multiplayer.

Having the same issue with German mixed into everything despite hosting on English Steam and Eco settings.
