is there a way to save my game server so that i could wipe my pc and get it back

With the server shut down, the save files are stored at

<wherever you have Eco>/Eco/Eco_Data/Server/Storage

In that directory will be two files with the name of your server, one of which is a .db file and the other is .eco . Before you wipe your computer, move those files somewhere safe, and then after you have reinstalled everything, put them back, and your server should be available when you start the game. If you have mods installed, make sure to reinstall those as well before starting the server.

It is also recommended to save and restore /Eco/Eco_Data/Server/Configs, so the settings of your world are correct again. Eco doesn't use Steam Cloud.
