Can you transfer a single player world to a multiplayer server?
I still wanna play my single player world, is there a way to transfer it to a multiplayer server?

Absolutely.

You should copy the /Storage and /Configs directory from your local server to the dedicated server and adapt configs as needed for usage on a dedicated server. The local server you can find at /Steam/steamapps/common/Eco/Eco_Data/Server.

Does not work. If I start the dedicated server The world is correct but all B´buildings and changes made befor are not there. The world is new.

I copied the mentioned files from my local hosted multiplayer server into the dedicated server.

If your game doesn't have the default name, you need to rename the files to Game.eco and Game.db.
