Lost the server I was playing when changed the computer

So I bought a new computer... and I don't have the old one anymore... I tought that the servers you favorite/play were steam account linked... apparently not... So I can't find the server I used to play days ago... is there any way that I can get the info back ? since I can't find it on the list of "new game" servers... the only thing I remember about that server was that was a quite active server, using only big shovel... in a 4km² world and had "dad jokes" as part of the name when I joined it...

Quite sad to lost acess to that one...

Not without remembering it's name, unfortunately. The only public servers I can find with "Dad" in the name are DAD server with 3 players on Day 15 and Dadspeed with 1439 players on Day 161.
