Removing Vehicle Ownership for Abandoned Players

I've got a solid handle on the legal system for the most part, and we have an automated law that does a daily check for abandoned players and removes their land claims, however there are reports that we now have the problem of large amounts of carts and such left lying around with abandoned players as the only legal access.

Is there a way via laws or anything to remove a person's vehicle ownership, or to reassign a vehicle to someone else for the sake of collection?

/targetowner (player)

change ownership of a targeted vehicle. Aim and the vehicle and use the command. Specify a player if wanting to change its ownership to someone else.

From the wiki there is an admin command. Not sure that helps matters how big the mess is, an admin could teleport around and clean up I guess.

Hm, was hoping to an alternative to admin commands, since the admin is pretty hands-off for the server. But that will do the trick I spose :3 Thanks

Hands-off admins are the best admins. :) Would be interested in an automatic legal solution though. Up til now I just use devtool to drag them outta the road and out of the way.

Yeah. I'm just loathe to go running to a GM for something as silly as some guy leaving his cart in front of my shop. :V

Any updates on this one Kera? We've got a bunch of carts and stuff I've been hoping to clean up (without the admin obviously)

Beyond admin assistance, there is no way to do it that I've been told/discovered.
