Can't build above the ocean

I'm trying to make a bridge, to connect 2 islands, that goes across the ocean but I seem to get an error when trying to do so. Anyone knows how to fix this problem?

Since Update 10 building in deep ocean is no longer possible, you can change that via setting in Difficulty.eco: "AllowDeepOceanBuilding": true,

If you look at the biome layers in the map, you can also highlight what areas are "Deep Ocean" (and thus not buildable), in order to find what islands could have bridges built to them, and what areas the bridges would need to be in. On some maps, all the islands can be bridged to, while on other maps, they are all surrounded by deep ocean, making boats the only option for getting there.

Well that for sure makes it more fun by having to move around using other vehicles such as boats although there is a little deep ocean area between the islands I want to connect so I guess I will changes the setting to be able to build a bridge over that place as it's only a little part. The big bridges are really cool that's why I really want to do it. But of course across big deep ocean areas I will definitely use ships to go to.
