time in que is longer than i have a right to give the game back

So i am currently in a que that started at 32/32, now 30/34 at 4 minutes.
When i get into the game at that rate, i loose my right to give the game back should i dislike it or anything else be wrong with it with the current steam policy.

please either devs spead up that process or pressure steam into increasing that timeline

the fact that you couldn’t figure out how to go to another server, of which there are many, and check out the game technically before 2 hours had passed, and you couldn’t figure out to use YouTube to learn about the concept of the game without buying the game at all - these are all problems with your thinking and this has nothing to do with the game.

Which seems to be a strong indicator of our times where everybody thinks they know everything about anything and anyone, while often enough they know less than people before the internet because their sources are from a bubble. Additionally did i get kicked of not just from that server, but when going into a singleplayer session, too. There as well after an exorbitant long waiting period.

Queues are a feature that a multiplayer server must explicitly enable - we have nothing to do with that at all. You'd need to reach out to the server owner to check about that or find a server without a queue / sufficient free room.

This is quite amusing to read. You spent time in a queue and finally got kicked even on your single player world. Wow, should be an achievement for this.
