Stone to Sand Recipe

Where is this located? My masonry table does not show it and the rocker box has no option to make it as stated in many other locations.

You need crushed stone, and only certain types of stone can be used (eg, sandstone).

Well now that's what I thought too. However I have sandstone, and crushed sandstone and I find nothing that I can use to make sand from it. The Arrastra doesn't do it, the milling stone doesn't do it, the rocker box doesn't do it. The Mason table doesn't do it. Which brings me to here.

The recipe is called "sand concentrate", it's at the Rocker Box, Screening Machine, or Belt Sorter.

Note that you can always look up items and recipes in the handbook in-game (the tiny square with a question mark at the bottom left of the minimap), or by typing the name of the thing in chat and hovering over the resulting link.

I just checked the "?" on the mini-map which took me to the ECOpidia. When I search for "Sand", I find nothing about sand. It's like it doesn't exist any more. Sand Concentrate doesn't show up nor anything to do with sand at all. I remember grinding sandstone up for sand, but they nuked all that and now there's nothing about sand or how to get it other than dig it up on the beach.

Strange. Both the EcoPedia and the relevant crafting stations show the recipe for me, both in an old game updated to the current version and in a new game I just started after the update. Do you by any chance have any mods or something that may be affecting your crafting recipes?

Try verifying your file integrity with Steam, and if you have any mods, try deleting them. If neither of those help, maybe file a bug report.

It does show in the Ecopedia in your screenshot, though? The sand icon is below the "Blocks" category, it's one of the items that category. The search will hide any results not fitting your search request and only show you chapters, categories and their contents that fit the naming. In this case it is "Natural Resources" -> "Blocks" -> "Sand". There you see how to make it, recipes itselfs aren't listed separately, they are added to the objects you produce with them.

Their screenshot was them searching for Sand Concentrate. I meant that it doesn't show in the ECOpedia when you search by Sand Concentrate. I then linked my screenshot on how to find it(searching by sand).
