Some questions... please correct me:

If you want to increase the radius of your town you can build a town stake in an cultural building near your border and put cultural objects in it?

What are cultural objects? Only pictures? Or something like furniture or statues?

Can you place as much of these border increase buildings as you want or only two?

Pictures and some bathroom objects in the settlement foundation property or a cultural property at the border, yes.

You can find all objects classified for bathrooms in the Ecopedia. Bathtub, Sink and Toilet are some of them.

yeah of course - i know the bathroom objects - but why do they give culture and how to know it? there is no hint ingame like at pictures where you can find the Culture Rating

It shows in the cultural room bonuses.

not from bathroom stuff on locally hosted server from today. (as said why would do this sense to have cultrue from a toilete ?! :D)

The only culture i get is from pictures in frames... also other players say this (noone know something from bathroom stuff in cultural room)

Its supposed to be in a bathroom category room and not part of the foundation room

they changed how the bathroom works, it acts as a support room

So now the max points it is generate depends on the total points of the other rooms

So if the main culture room gives 5, the max point you can get from the bathroom will be 1.25

Correct. It's for "public restrooms" and needs to follow the bathroom category, as for housing.
