Test 10, problem getting in.

Hi everyone, I have this problem, I tried both on the Tiger and Sea Otter versions, I try to access the game but after 25/30% loading it returns to the main menu; I've tried both on official and unofficial servers but it always gives me the same problem.

One of my family members is having the same experience. The screen just flashed back to home screen after 10 seconds every time he tries to log into any v10 server even on my computer where I've no issue at all, therefore, he is unable to join v10 with me at all.

v9s are totally fine.

With that, It might affect only some specific user accounts somehow

The problem is your avatars having invalid items - the current solution is to randomize it until you can join the servers. A fix is in the works and will be deployed as soon as we can.

Tried randomizing and it seems to crash the game at avatar picture taking everytime.

That is a currently known bug that will be resolved in an Update later this day.

I dont even understand what is sea otter and white tiger? Some context would be nice.

Sea Otter and White Tiger are the names of official servers that currently serve as servers for playtests and have their own build beta branches on Steam, next to Coast Redwood, Giant Panda and Darwin's Fox. They are named after endangered species, with the special name for White Tiger signalling it working a bit different.
