AMD FX 6300 (6core) @ 3.50 GHz
Geforce 960 GTX
16GB DDR3 Ram
LAN conneciton (full graphic settings) @ 25-30fps average
joining other servers (full graphical settings) @ 15-20fps average
as you go and build more and more that 15-20fps becomes standard not average if im honest i would say i need rig upgrade now for this game. but im playing it non the less. but yea just lately last few months i have been thinking its time for a upgrade of sorts now. my tech is getting borderline useless now.
oh yeh, yours seems quite a bit more powerful than mine, was that with full or medium graphics? i can live with crap graphics and atleast 20fps (25 at least preferably is). either way my tech is way out dated, got this thing in Nov 2010 for like over $1k AUD, aged pretty well tbh with only 2 re-images. definetly due for an upgrade to a desktop but life just wont let me atm.
Also how do you think a game with just myself and a friend (over internet) perform? Better than other servers?
i dont drop below 20fps to badly, (built up areas etc) and it is playable just that odd time when things get a tad choppy, i get twice as much performance hosing my own lan server than when i join a public one because theres to many people building to much everywhere.
i too can cope with 20fps, but this i admit is sometimes a tad choppy for even me.
good idea with the refund thing.
