Spending 5 minutes hammering a redwood gives the same exp as killing a palm tree. It's broken
But I figured out the most optimal way to level logging
Grab 1000s of tree seeds, plant them all, cut them down as soon as they give even 1 wood, don't even bother spacing them out
Unfortunately this is the optimal way
Maybe the game is taking some old configuration for a pre-8.0 installation? I used to play in 7.2~ish
I don't know what is the default single player local server exp multiplier, but I think 5x is about right for 1 player
Every single server I go, cutting down a tree is 1 exp, and removing the debris is 0.1 exp
This is way too low, lv1 requires 900 exp and lv2 requires 3600, lv3 is 8100 (and assuming n^2*900, lv4=14400, lv5=22500, lv6=32400). That's killing 81,900 trees to max logging (or 819,000 debris)
