Eco isn't updating from 9.4.6 to 9.5

I have tried a few things, i've looked in the properties in my steam settings. I've tried restarting steam and clearing download cache. i have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and it just wont give me the option for 9.5 all I can play is 9.4.6. I really want to play, but sadly at this moment in time i can't!

I cannot reproduce this - and obviously noone else so far either -, is there anything special, you using a special OS or something? If not, I'd reach out to Steam support, I don't think there is anything we could do.

Is the selected version in settings/betas set to "None"?
(Previous versions can be selected in settings/betas by version number, to play 9.5 you have to set it to "None".)

Didn't recommend that as they mentioned that they already checked that.

I figured it out so you can call it resolved, basically in properties if you want the most current version of the game. You have to select none as the version, and that in return makes it the most current version steam needs to change the name for user's ability to understand. Thank you for the help though!

Oh, so it indeed was that - I assumed you had already checked that given you said that in the opening post. "None" means you are not using any beta branch, which automatically means you get the normal released version, currently 9.5. Glad you got it solved :)
