Mouse Wont Turn Camera, Help Plz

Just bought and installed game. Got in. Cannot turn, mouse will not turn the camera... can't look around at all. When I follow tutorial and hit tab to bring up cursor the cursor move about just fine. But I stop holding tab and the cursor goes away I still can't turn at all... what is going on? I see multiple reports of this happening now and again going back 3 years, how do I fix this ♥♥♥♥ and why the hell is this occurring in a 3-4 year old game? Shouldn't bugs like this be quashed by now? Please HELP.

Edit: Me and a Friend bought this at once, we BOTH are having the same issue with not being able to look around...

Go to your settings controls and check mouse sensitivity. For me it was default all the way down and I had to bump it up to around 5 to beable to look around nicely
