Waste Filter with Oil Refinery dosn't work any more
Since the update our waste filter at the oil refinery is not working any more, it says: "no room for filtered waste", although the stockpile is connected, land is claimed etc. The other waste filters are still working.

We got the same problem with the blast furnace. A new filter is working till it reached 100%, than the same prob again.

Edit: I think i´ve found the problem. in my case the owner of the claimed land the filter is standing on, was a group "anyone". i changed the owner in a player and the filter is running now.
i think there is a bug in the requirement "needs an owner". it´s checked but doesn´t work with a group-owner.
