Update 9.4 supports RCON, there is also a variety of utility mods for server admins on https://eco.mod.io and https://forum.play.eco/filebase

A remote control protocol, the most common admin tool for most games.

Well, there is a dev tool for smiting objects and some other functions you can get with /give devtool. Just be cautious, it doesnt ask if you really want to do something.
