Not Receiving Deeds
Hello. I have leveled up 4 times and I am not acquiring deeds when I level. It's been awhile since I have played ECO, but do recall acquiring 4-6 deeds per level. Is there a setting I need to address?. Is there a requirement i am failing to remember? Leveling is a slog. Not getting the deeds is a bummer. I'm lost on this one. Thanks

If you are talking about Land Claim Papers you currently only get those when you read a skill scroll but if i remember reading at some point in the future it will be possible to create them through the government items

Also didn't we get like 25 from becoming world leader at some point? Not seeing this now though.

Yes, you got 15 when there still was a single world leader. As players can now make their own and a unlimited number of offices with different powers, this is no longer the case.
