How do i make CEMENT?

i have a room off 1.99 and i need a 2.0 room. i cant get a 2.0 room without CEMENT. made from the CEMENT KILN but it dont work in a 1.99 room. is there a different machine i can use that is not on the list. i looked at wikki ,youtube,twitch, cant find any data on the new patch. plz help lol

You can make a 2.0 room without cement brick and glass are 2 if i remember it would be your door that needs to be upgraded to a tier2+ and floor ceilings if they not tier 2

the doors i didnt even think of that lol i will try. it worked thanks a lot cant belive i have to remove like 20 machines and pick every the up also to get a .01 added.

You can mouse over the tier level, where it says 1.9 or whatever and it'll tell you why your room is not 2.0. The most common reason is "empty corner".
