No Huckleberries?

Servers showing 0 Huckleberries on that topograph map with colors thing. Any way to research them or something?

ask some1 for seeds. if noone got them. so. they dont exist in world

There are some oddities I noticed with world gen. First, the map coloring is terrible. I couldn't see anything on the map for Corn but apparently it was so miniscule it barely showed up. In the case of beets, they were a deep, dark purple so they barely showed on the map even though there were plenty.

If you check that checkbox to Show In World and use the admin (if you're in solo, you're basically the admin) chat command to fly (/fly), it'll desaturate the world but leave the regions where the crop can grow colored. I just flew around and found the 2-3 spots where Corn was supposed to grow.

Of course, there was a reason I couldn't find it. It was on terraced ground and wasn't actually growing (just the area was ideal for it and over time, I suppose, it could have grown).

In the end, I just spawned some so I could get the ball rolling in my farms and move on. On a bit of terrain, you can just do /spawnplant Corn,3 to spawn 3 Corn plants usually spaced apart by a square or two.

Also, the server welcome (you can toggle the tag in the chat channel to "repost" it to the chat) lists the amounts of everything on the server (with numbers) which tends to give you a better idea if the plant exists or not.

You could also use console command to get some seeds and plant your own--for immersion, you can pretend you brought them from your homeworld. I think the command would be something like /give huckleberry seeds, then you can plant your own. Hit /help to be certain.
