Do Running Shoes and Light Backpack stack?

Title. Feels like they dont, and that running shoes just makes you sprint everywhere automatically or something? While there's an obvious difference between walking with tall boots and with running shoes, there doesn't seem like there's any additional increase when also adding a ilght backpack, nor can I tell any difference between sprinting and not sprinting when wearing both?

Yes, they stack. I tried several things and got always same result.

BUT it seems you cant run anymore, because running is same speed than this both items.
Runnung Shoes + Light Backpack stack, but running dont brings more speed.

Thats my experience.

Do the work versions stack?
I am currently playing on a server that disabled the survivor skill, so it's pretty tough

Work boots and Work backpack, and I ended up testing, they do stack (seem to be 10% each)
About the server, the admin modded the survivor skill to start unlearned and unresearched
