I found this in the ECO gamepedia "The first specialty always costs 0 SP and the cost for new specialties will not increase after the 7th specialty acquired."

Is it Possible to increase this ? Example to 10th: 0, 5, 20, 100, 250, 500, 800, 1000, 1500 ?

That is outdated, specialties are no longer bought with SP.
