Dedicated Server setup - On a hosting service

Hi all, i've just rented a service at a host, and for some reason when i'm launching the service its stuck at 0/0, and it never shows up as online though i can access the web interface itself.
The service is with nitrado, anyone else have any experience with this ?

I had the same on g-portal. Only way we got it working was by setting the server to public and then searching it in the long list.
Curiosly it's still shown as offline by ip adress while it's online at the public listing on the very same ip/port

i figured it out after a while, ill admit i forgot to report back! Its not the port listed in the ip, so fx it would be listed user id followed with ip:port and then somewhere else on the page there is 2 ports listed, one for rcon, one for query, the rcon is the same one thats listed under the user id. But the query port is actually the one you add in Eco

If you want to choose between those two go g-portal.
I've been hosting servers since years and switched from nitrado after a couple months to g-portal.
The only plus nitrado has is that it's cheaper but that's it then. If you have problems you wait hours for ticket responses while the longest i waited at g-portal was like 30mins.
Often enough (and i heard on discord it's still like that with ECO) you wait up to an hour for a patch to be available on the server while at g-portal i have it within 5mins.
And lastly, g-portal has more CPU for the same slots then nitrado.
