Buy eco for the second time to use dedicated server
This is the first game that requires me to buy it a second time for a decicated server. If you install the game on a server with SteamCMD, you will be asked to log in. But you should use another Steam account which should only be used for dedicated servers. The problem now is that an installation only works if you have also purchased the game for this account. Otherwise you get the message: ERROR! Failed to install app '739590' (No subscription).
Is that what you wanted to increase sales? I do not hope so. Why is not an anonymous login provided for the Dedicated Server?

No I want to use the EcoServer on a different Acount on a Decicated Server. Not on my Gaming Computer.

If you get the 'No subscription' error, the game/server you are trying to download either requires a login or that you have purchased the game. You will therefore have to log in with a Steam username and password – if that doesn't help, you may need to purchase a copy of the game on Steam first. See Dedicated Servers List.
Note:
For security reasons it is recommended that you create a new Steam account just for your dedicated servers.

Can’t you just link your steam account to an eco account on the eco website and download the sever files from there?

So there seems to be a workaround, but that's not the ideal way. You can copy the server folder out of the ECO game, as it looks like it runs without Steam. However, you then have to update the files manually with each update.
It would be better if the anonymous login for the SteamCMD would be supported.

You can use the same steam account on multiple computers - that's how my friends and I are running our private server right now. Our host has the server installed from the "Tools" section of his library on one computer, and the client installed the usual way on his main computer. It works just fine, no need to buy a second copy or create a second account in either steam or strange loop

Or, just do it the right way and you can play immediately - see my previous reply and you'll be up and running in no time, with no extra cost and no extra accounts ;)

im trying to use two steam accts on the same machine, the idea being my uncle comes over and we take it turns to play (he dont have internet at home) so i gifted him the game thinking i could host the steam tool eco server, let him log into his account on his hour.

but i forgot that when i log out the server tool is no good lmao...

i still dont know if this steam link via eco's website is going to work if not were going to have to start fetching his computer down with us :)

The server can run under your uncle's account just as freely as under your own - since you're already jumping through hoops, it would be trivial to copy the world data from your profile's folder to his and back each time you switch accounts, in order to run the server under whichever account is currently in use. No need to buy a third account for a stand-alone server
