Transfer Server Data?
I was wondering if it is possible to transfer server data (user data on that server as well) to another host/server.

I restarted a client side ran server from my friend originally doing it since he wasn't on often. The issue now is he cannot join my server and even my wife in the same room has trouble unless i first send her an invite to game.

I was wondering if it is possible to transfer the server/world and user data to another server or host. So I could either try and do the steam side server instead of game side. Or even possibly have a hosted server use the transfered data.

The point would be first try and see if steam side fixes the apparent firewall/port issue or whatever it is i am having, if not then try having him host a steam side server since it doesnt seem to give me a hassle joining him. Last resort would see if we could transfer the world data to a hosting site to run the server for us.

Any help is appreciated

Copy Config (without network.eco) and Storage Folder.

I tried that and it seems like it may be the same worlds but it doesn't seem to be saving any of the user data, it makes me remake a character when i try to join it

Then you must have placed /Storage at the wrong position. There is only one file with the save that includes world, userdata and everything else
I know this is an old post but in case anyone is trying to do it now and runs into this, you can do this by copying the storage and config folders (if you're going from hosting on eco game to the eco server tool) and once you do that you have to go into the storage folder and change the name of the world.db and .eco file names to Game and that should solve the issue of not seeing any of you or your players' stuff
