Do such perfectly balanced food(10 of everything) exist in the game? And what are some easily obtainable/made good tier food?
Also, to do the math, If I only eat charred meat (10 fat/10 protein) and compensate the lack of C and V with x2 fireweed shoots(3 carbs/4 vit each), I should able to get close to 80SP, correct?
We really need to record the food equation somewhere. Perhaps someone could add it to the wiki? https://eco.gamepedia.com/Food
Thanks! I've got the hang of the food system after a few days of playing now. Although, I also agree that we need some sort of food sheet, as It's very inconvenience having to look at every single food myself.
Speaking of which, what else provides both Carbs and Vit only besides fireweed shoots? Their seeds are hard to come by and I'm looking for a replacement.
My old go to was bacon, baked meat and cooked sausage, for F & P, then Blue berry muffins and a wild stew for V, and C with maybe a normal bread thrown in to balance out the C intake.
But thats like tier 2-3 ish
I think early game was Camas mash and fiddlehead salad, and wheat porridge.
Strangly there is no real right answer IMO you really needed to look at what you had in your belly and what was the lowest point and the highest. Eat something that boosted the 2 lowest while maintaining or ignoring the 2 highest.
Like mentioned before higher cal total was always better.
You can't die in this game. There's no HP nor can you get killed by animals. The only downside of not eating properly is that you will not get as many skill points. And SPs are gained gradually in a in a 24 REAL LIFE hour period, profession SPs requirement increases the more you've spent. Thus, this game requires cooperation heavily If you don't wanna do things very slowly.
Nope. I wish to have such feature too.
That being said, one of the expensive early access packs allows you to tame a wolf or a hare for cosmetic purpose only. So, I assume it could be easily implemented to the game in the future?
