was i supposed to have someone already set up to get the key once it was purchased? because i didnt see anything for that to be done i thought it was something i could get the key and just send it to which every person i decided to give it to. does it not work that way?

Hi the Steam Eco key will be emailed to you on Feb 6 2018. You must send the extra copy to another user to get the extra Steam Eco key. Also, if you are planning on sending the extra copy after Feb 6, the other user will still get the Steam Eco key just as long it was purchased before that date.

you mean the skill limitation cap well you can change the number on the server

It's been confirmed to activate the separate game key, you'll have to link it to any Steam account.

1. Sign in on Eco's website.
2. Go to your Account and scroll down.
3. Click "LINK TO STEAM".
4. Login on Steam.

You will be asked this below:

" Strange Loop Games is requesting permission to access the following:
Redeem and activate CD-Keys on your account

Allow / Deny "

Make sure you restart and update Steam. Then install Eco and play it.

Where do I find the game on steam to install it? I had already purchased the game in Dec but it's not showing in my steam library at all.

you must go on the website http://www.strangeloopgames.com/eco/ and link to steam

If anyones got a spare key and needs another player around, id love to join in. Need a break from my other games. and this has always looked pretty interesting from what Ive seen.
