Full screen actions?

So, I've been playing it when i was a child.
Now that i bought it on Steam hoping there is gonna be a remaster and a full screen patch and stuff.
I really find many new little things in the game, since it was like in 2010.
So the question is: Am i the only one with a 1920x1080 and i have an issue that not the whole screen is kinda "touchable"? The image is full screen it's just fine! But the problem is that i can't really place furniture or click any items on the right 1/3 of the screen?
If you got what I have, and fixed it, please do let me know! Thanks
