Cant start the game, always get the runtime error when loading the game

well it says: Microsoft visual C++ Runtime library(on the top of the message) and Runtime error! R6025

I've seem that particular one before and haven't yet come across a reliable solution. Reinstalling any Visual C++ versions you have installed (you will need to check Control Panel > Programs and Features (or for older versions of Windows Add/Remove Programs).

hey there! i downloaded this game yesterday, and it was saying missing DLL file (cannot remember exact name) how would i install the DLL file to correct this issue?

That will unfortunately depend on the exact DLL required. There are several redistributable packs about.

You will need the Visual C++ (Visual Studio 2015) installer from https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=48145 (this is part of the Microsoft Download Centre). If it asks you which version, it's the X86 version you need to download and install.

just did that, now its saying missing msvcp110.dll LOL

You will need the X86 version of the Visual C++ for Visual Studio 2012 for that - see https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=30679.
