Is there any way to get the DLC?

I noticed that this game has disappeared from the GFWL Marketplace and the DLC isn't on Steam. Is there any way to get it now or are we all just SOL?

You should have also noticed that the GFWL Marketplace has gone for good as of yesterday.
Just abandon all hope in this cause.

The DLC was gone a few months or more from Marketplace anway. The buy menu also greyed since 2011 ends.

That too? They desn't do anything with TimeGate. I noticed Section 8 websites are down for good.

Well I assume that SouthPeak since they are the publisher of this game also were the publishers of the dlc as well. And with the litigation or whatever if it was, well it has been resolved right? To the demise of Timegate anyway.

Yeah I'm just sort of confused about the DLC thing to begin with. Also again all sort of up in the air as Southpeak themselves seem to be quite absent. An everyone loses sort of deal.
