New dedicated server online - 18 December 2013

Hi guys,

For those of you that still play Section 8, I've put up a dedicated server called:

StoneCold's Dedicated Server

You'll find it when you search for internet games, limited it to 24 players, bot balanced mode. I've found with 32 bots and balanced mode, the server crashes at random intervals.

I'm still trying to sort out the mapcycle. I'll try and keep this server running 24/7 till GFWL goes offline. I'll host one for Prejudice as well, I'm just waiting for the winter sale to start and grab Prejudice for cheap then.

It is sometimes a little bit unstable, however, I keep on restarting it at regular intervals :)

I found your server and it's the only one available but, with a 295 ping for me, I doubt I will be able to play on it. I generally don't fool with servers that have more than a 100-150 ping.

When you guys playing? I didn't found the server neither last week, this month...
Anyway, i live in middle Europe, so my timezone maybe a bit off.

To be honest, I took the server offline for nearly a month because it didn't see any action. Also, it seems if the server idles too long it becomes unconnectable for some reason. Have no idea why this happens, only thing that fixes it a restart it seems.
