Youtube videos won't play!

When trying to watch any vr video from YouTube, after inserting the link, an error occurs:
"Unable to download video from the specified URL
Could not parse the youtube page for URL ....
This may be due to a change of the youtube page structure."

I have always had this error. Maybe it can be solved?

Google recently changed the format of their page so it will get patched eventually by the folks of YouTube-DL (the underlying app which downloads videos)

It downloads fine for me from here. Make sure you dont have “Stream lower quality YouTube videos” checked.

I checked the box “Stream lower quality YouTube videos”. Didn't notice the difference. Approximately 70% of videos fail to load due to this error. Although I have an Internet speed of 15 megabit per second and just downloading files from a browser or torrent is going well.

The option needs to be Unchecked.
Look in the installation folder and download the following file to replace the one you have: https://github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp/releases/download/2022.04.08/yt-dlp.exe

Also make sure you are on the latest Public channel of Virtual Desktop
