Your GPU is the bare minimum. Virtual Desktop renders games at a higher resolution than Oculus Link by default so I’d recommend getting a better one. See tips in #vr-streaming-help on Discord as well

Got the same problem (Ryzen 3800x, GTX 1070). Even in SteamVR home i got one stutter per second when I look at my hands while the headset graph is about 5-7 ms render time per Frame).

Is your computer wired with gigabit Ethernet to a 5ghz AC router?

I just got this app setup and streaming the desktop works great. However, when playing a vr game it will stutter a few frames every few seconds. I'm running i7-9750H, 16gb ram, GTX 1660 ti. VD says i'm connected 5ghz at 866mbs. The desktop app says it's latency is about 28ms. I doubt it's a network issue because it's very consistent timed stutter. No matter where I go in the house it's the same. Any suggestion?

Likely router related. Try switching to 40mhz mode, otherwise see pinned messages in #vr-streaming-help in Discord: http://discord.vrdesktop.net
