Can no longer download Youtube VR videos correctly
All the videos I tried downloading in the past few days has been broken. None of them has proper vr180 anymore.

I also tried re-downloading a video that I know used to work and it also no longer works.

Just tried copy & pasting this link and it worked without issues. Can you test and let me know what happens?

That video seemed to work but the videos I tried to download are broken. The top and bottom of the videos are warped and the 3d effect broken. Works fine with the Youtube VR App though.

Can you share an example? I know that some VR180 videos have never worked properly because YouTube doesn’t allow 3rd party’s to download the correct version

Here's one. Almost all of the uploader's videos are broken when downloaded.

Ok, just checked the linked video and unfortunately the downloaded file cannot be in 180 format. You may want to try the app called “4k downloader”, which is free, and paste your link into that. They seem to have figured out the trick to get the proper video to download.

Tried 4k downloader and it seems to be downloading the correct version of the video but it's only downloading the single eye view square video.
