Streamed Content Blacked Out
When I try to stream content from Netflix, Paramount+, Apple TV, etc... the screen goes black but the audio is there. I have tried Chrome, Edge and Firefox. Any suggestions?

In Edge, disabling graphics acceleration allows me to watch Netflix:

Go to Settings, System and Performance and uncheck:

Disable hardware acceleration in your browser settings. That’s the workaround for DRM protected content
I have done that.In Chrome its called "Use graphics acceleration when available". It is under Settings >>System. I did the same thing with Edge and Firefox. This DID NOT fix my problem.

I confirmed that this worked, in my case I could not see DirectvGO, also only the audio could be heard and the screen was completely black, when I deactivated the hardware acceleration, it began to work normally. (my browser is Firefox).

What about the Amazon Prime app on Windows 10? I'm getting a notification to disable hardware acceleration, but there is no option for it in the app. Are there any other 'workarounds'? (Without using a browser.)

If it is a PC application, it could have some configuration file, some ini, cfg, xml, dat, yaml, json, something that you can edit and in this case disable hardware acceleration, take a look and see if you find something.

I use firefox, I found if I use a browser addon/extension to alter the video somehow it appears in streaming/vr systems. Just change the brightness a little and it will appear.
