How to center the screen vertically?

I usually sit on a recliner, so I'm actually looking slightly up most of the time, but the screen orients straight ahead each time. How do I move the entire virutal desktop vertically? or tilt it?

Enable the floating option under screen options.

When you enable floating, just reset the screen (there's a button to re-center it) and it will adjust properly to the height you're looking at.
