Virtual Desktop Streamer Help

I recently got a new computer, and had an Oculus Quest 2. So I decided to get Steam to play some games offered there. Unfortunately, after the Installation Wizard completed for the Virtual Desktop Streamer, I got this error message:

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

Can anyone try to help? Been researching for about an hour now and have gotten no progress. I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, running it as administrator, and have disabled all of my antivirus software and still get this error message. Happens anytime I try to run the application. I have Windows 10.

Make sure you install the Streamer when logged in as Administrator and that you don’t have antiviruses active besides the one built into Windows
