AM I STUPID? How to watch videos in the browser?

Question above. No matter if ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ or YouTube, there is always just the normal "flat" 16:9 version.
In PH it shows at the preview that it's SBS, but when I select the video and run it, there is no SBS, just ONE pictured video. What am I doing wrong? Do the videos need to be SBS? Is that the most common way? I'm sorry, but my intelligence is barely over a potato. And that's already an insult for the potato... :o

You usually are better copying the video URL from the address bar in your browser then clicking “Paste URL” in the Videos tab. This will download the video to your computer and play it.

Oki, online watching isn't working that well? Because I don't want to download videos of 20+mins of YouTube since it'll take ages with my internet connection :/

You can check the option to stream instead of downloading if you click the gear icon in the videos tab but the quality of videos will be lower and it won’t work for a lot of videos.

Downloading is extremely slow. Too slow. Seems that some isn´t working like watching 360°-Videos w/o VR.

Unfortunately YouTube is throttling download speeds, nothin I can do about this

Sorry, completely forgot to reply last year :/ The downloads seem to work ^.^

Am I able to watch 3d movies (Transformers, Avatar,...) with VR glasses in general? :)

Downloading a video from Utube was easy now and fast but ...
I get 2 files. One calls ***.webm. that other is an ***.m4a audiofile.
It is possible to play the videofile but i can´t hear any sounds.
Also it is possible to play the audiofile only but it is senseless without the video.
It is a 360°-Movie.

Update:
Now i got it working. Changed the setting in Virtual Desktop from ("Play in DX11"<-wrong to "DXVA"<-right) and Audio was merged to Video after downloading again.
It is a great experience to watch 360°-Movies in VR. :)
