Wireless streaming on the quest 2 not working optimally

I tried pretty much everything to get Virtual Desktop to stream decently on the quest 2, but nothing works, heres the list of all the stuff i tried


Router : (pc connected with Ethernet 1 gb/s, quest 2 connected to 5ghz wifi by the router) gets 650 mb/s, 89-100 video bitrate, but the stuttering makes it unplayable, random freezes out of nowhere and those horrible black bars following me at the edges when i move my head, yes i am using 5ghz, tried lowering the streaming quality settings to low and still stuttering, tried even putting my router right next to my quest and pc, nothing but stuttering, im considering switching routers (17 ms latency with this)

Access point: i got an old but good Router that costed a lot back in the day, 5ghz with 1000ac , made it an access point( wired to the main router with ethernet) tried connecting the pc with the ethernet from the main router, and connected the quest to the access point, 190 mb/s, connected with the ethernet ports on the access point, 250 mb/s, horrible stuttering, worse than before and a 32 video bitrate (26 ms latency with this)

M2 card (intel Ax200 160mhz) directly connected to the motherboard, pc is connected to Ethernet (main router) doing a 5ghz mobile hotspot using the m2 card to share the connection and taking the connection from the ethernet, quest connects to the hotspot, only 200 mb/s and a very low bitrate of 25 , horrible stuttering, (30 ms latency with this)

Pci E slot directly onto motherboard, same chip (Ax200) , some stuttering but not as bad as with the m2, same 200 mb/s , 70 video bitrate, very visible black bars when turning head, (22 ms latency with this)

Usb WiFi 5 dongle 1200 Ac : pc is connected with ethernet to main Router, wifi dongle shares a 5ghz hotspot thats using the ethernet connection, this is the most stable one, 400 mb/s, stutters are very rare, black bars dont appear when turning head fast, 70-90 video bitrate. (39 ms latency with this)

My sistem specs are:
Msi Aero rtx 2070
Intel 7700K
16 gb Ram

All of these tests were done on SteamVr with the following games:
Half Life Alyx, Pavlov Vr , Boneworks, Hot dogs, Horse Shoes and Hand Grenades
All of the latency results or bitrates in this are from in game while playing

My internet speeds are:
40-60 mb/s in download
15-20 mb/s in upload

Results stayed similar even after playing with the low-medium-high quality settings, as well as playing with the Vr bitrate , results were almost identical.

Im pretty much desperate at this point, if anyone can recommend a good solution Or a fix for one of those solutions i tried i would immensely appreciate it.
