VR Game Streaming Stuttering and Lag? [Oculus Quest]

So I've had my Quest for a short while, used Oculus Link with good results and wanted to try wireless streaming of games. Most people seemed to have a great experience. I bought VD and sideloaded the correct update.

I'm getting good quality but pretty bad tracking issues (stuttering and swimmy) and sometimes the game lags/freezes. Both Oculus games and SteamVR.

My quest is connected to my 5Ghz router with a 866mbps connection and my PC is connected via ethernet. The router is set up to run 80Mhz. Shadowplay is off.

My specs:
i7-8700k
GTX 1080 Ti
16 GB RAM

Please help! Any tips would be
appreciated!

EDIT: Lowering the bitrate to low (from high) seems to have remedied it to some extent. Still jittery but noticeably less.

I have a similar setup with a 1080Ti, works well on Medium Bitrate and Sliced encoding enabled. See the pinned messages on Discord, there are a couple suggestions to optimize your network

This fixed stuttering and lag for me.

Phone
- Download wifi analyser phone app to check best channel, do not use auto channel setting. Mine (112/80).

Router

- Connect to 5ghz wifi only
- Enable beaforming Transmission and Reception for 5ghz and 2.4ghz
- Disable OBSS Coexistence
- Enable RIP (Routing Information Protocol, auto settings)
- Enable MAC filtering and add every device to 5ghz or 2.4ghz network.

Computer

- Enable steam Nvidia /AMD HW encoding and prioritize network traffic if possible, disable intel part. (steam remote play settings)
- Install k-lite codec pack standard and install it with default settings
- Set NVIDIA low latency mode to ultra if possible

Computer or Router
- Set virtual desktop streamer Qos priority to high
