It is possible to play via LTE ?
I tried to connect the oculus quest with my Shadow.tech via LTE, but I only get: "Computer is unreachable".
It does not work with my smartphone via hotspot or with my LTE router.
With DSL it wasn't a problem.
Has it ever worked for someone? or are there other sources of error?

I found in the FAQ:
----
If you are trying to connect to Shadow or another cloud service:

Make sure you don't have any DMZ host configured in your router settings
If your ISP (Internet Service Provider) uses DS-Lite, you'll need to switch to Dual Stack or IPV4
----
I didnt find any DMZ settings on the router.
and i don´t know jet, if my ISP uses DS-Lite.
and i don´t know how to switch to Dual Stack or IPV4

I also found in the FAQ:
----
Can I connect to my computer over the Internet?
Yes, make sure "Allow remote connections" is checked in the Streamer window. You'll also need to enable UPnP on your router and the Streamer App will forward the required ports automatically. If you want to manually configure your router, forward TCP ports 38810, 38820, 38830 and 38840.
---
On my LTE-Pouter i enabled UPnP, but it didnt chance anything.
My Smartphone Hotspot has no settings like that :-)

I testet IPV4 on : https://www.wieistmeineip.de/ipv6-test/
Test IPv4: OK
Test IPv6: fehlgeschlagen
Test Dual Stack: OK

Should work over LTE but it will depend on your cell provider’s NAT, some use a double NAT that make it impossible to connect

Thank you ggodin
I sideloded an android VPN app (ipvanish) on the quest and than over VPN it connected and worked :-) but VR was not so good :-(
VPN on the Smartphone or on the LTE-router didn´t work.
