Freezing every minute or so

So I've had no issues in the past but now I have this problem where the desktop will freeze for 5 seconds and then come back again. Very frustrating. It happens every minute or so.

Latest Win10
PC Connected through ethernet to router.
Oculus Quest connected with 5ghz to router.
1080ti GPU, Ryzen 1700 CPU

I would try changing the setting on your wireless router on the 5Ghz band to use 40hz instead of 40hz/80hz co-existance (on some routers it's just the "speed" and you would switch it from 1300mbps to 600mbps, or something similar). It's a bug with the Quest. Also, make sure that your 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz wireless SSIDs are not the same.
