Why does Virtual Desktop appears as appid 480 (Spacewars) ???

Saw my recent played games and a to me unknown game called "Spacewar" appeared in my list. Searched a lot in google and finally found inside steamapps/common/Virtual Desktop/steam_appid.txt the information that VD uses the id 480 (?)

I figured out that VD has the appid 480 (which is afaik "Spacewar"), searched a lot and found that this might could be a possible VAC ban reason? (Not sure)

I know that the appid 480 is used sometimes during development/testing new apps. So what´s the deal here with VD to use this id?

Weird is that Virtual Desktop also appears in my recently played games list, is the environment editor the id 480? (i used this recently)

I mean the developer itself has "Spacewar" on his recently played games, so i guess it´s related to VD.

The file is from Steamworks.Net and is needed by the environment editor to function properly. Any AppID will work, feel free to chg it
