Regarding Nerd³'s video (with the duplicate cans bug)

Youtuber Nerd³ just posted a video where he wins the game in few minutes by duplicating petrol cans and throwing them in the car, resulting in giving a very bad preview of the game. I was hoping that the story about this bug which was presents during the launching of the game was over, unfortunately it seems I was wrong.

The thing is that I have already fixed this issue about one week ago, just few days after it was discovered by Jim Sterling, and the game has since been updated so it is impossible now to encounter this bug.

I have been trying to understand how Nerd³ could post a video now where he is playing an outdated version of the game. After some researches, I saw that before posting the video, he has written on his tweeter account "Today's video was recorded just over a week ago at 4am. ", which seems to explain how is he playing an outdated version of the game.

So I just hope that people will simply understand this and that there will be no torrents of hate and trolling going on the forum like there was after the video of Jim Sterling.

I am very sorry about this bug and it's my fault for not having testing the game correctly before releasing but I have already fixed it right after it was discovered and updated the game, so I can't do much more.

Easiest way to stop it is to just remove your game from steam.

The nightmode seems nice....and thats about it, yup, here's the problem: There isn't much to do at all, i often let games with graphics such as these slide, and i pay attention to the gameplay itself, After i find the 9 petrol cans, (which isn't very hard) i put them in my truck, badda bing badda boom the end. That is literally all there is. I can't find much sense in anything else but that...Adding more levels or something would help tremendously. But as it stands. That link on Nerd3's video seems very promising.

That video made my day I stg. I haven't laughed so hard for a good while! But yeah, the game needs some real improvements if you want to sell it for anything more than 99p. Eh, at this point I wouldn't even pick it up if it were free...

I would strongly suggest Jim Sterling's video for a good laugh as well. In his video he actually plays the game a bit, and boy is it funny when he kills the things. He also had the same reaction to when he discovered that he could win just by filling the car with the infinite gas cans, and his laugh is quite amazing.

@Devdan please explain to me why you would leave a link to the video in which he ♥♥♥♥♥ on your game? Sure, it's an outdated review, but he points out many more horrible mistakes you've made in your deelopment and I don't understand why you'd want more people seeing that. But whatever, it's your game.

I'm sorry buddy but you don't just patch a major bug out and act like it never happened. You release a game with bugs, you face the consequences. Not that you put much effort in the game in the first place?

How does it feel to waste people's time and pretty much steal money from them? Do you realize that there will be hard working people who will have their 1 free afternoon in the week ruined because they bought this game? Do you realize that many of those people probably put more effort in their day job than you put in the game? Do you realize that this game will result in people giving up on gaming entirely? You probably do.

You probably also realize that your moral compass is completely messed up and that you have no problem ruining someone's day for some pocket change. I have a question though. Why? What makes you so important that you deserve to take people's had earned money without putting any effort into your product? What makes you so important that the world around you doesn't matter? What makes you so important that as long as you get some pocket change out of it you don't care about the consequences your actions have on the lives of others?

There are many people learning programming who cringe at this game. And it's not the game itself they are cringing about. It are the immoral practices behind it. Many of those people can make a better game than this. Do they charge for it? Only if they don't have a moral compass. Why don't most of them charge for it? Two reasons. The first one is because it hurts their reputation. And the second and most important reason is because the product is not in a finished state. They know that it's wrong to charge for a broken unfinished low effort product. And there is 1 type of person they all hate. Greedy money grabbing ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ like you who don't put any effort into their product. Because people like you give the gaming industry a bad name and should be punished for it.
