Can't connect my phone (solved)
I tried to connect with controller app but it doesn't find the game. Yes I looked that troubleshooting tread but nothing there helps. I have been fighting with this last 5 hours and I'm ready to giveup. It would be nice if you made system similar to what Air console uses. That is pretty easy to connect.

What section is causing problems in the troubleshooting thread? What have you tried? Rebooting all devices? White listing in the firewall in PC and phone/tablet?

Hi Retroritari,

Sorry the game is giving you grief! In Step 3 of the troubleshooting steps, what was the results? Was the troubleshooting app on your phone able to see your computer?

Also, what kind of mobile device and computer do you have, and what version operating system are they running? And for your network, is it private (ie: your own router), or public (ie: college, library, etc.)?

Hopefully we can get you up and running shortly!

I see my phone and something. I think my computer is not on the list. But I think they still should be on the same wifi.

My phone is xperia XA (android)

My computers OS is Windows 10

And also private netwok. (only me and my family use it)

Thanks for the info!

That icon should be your router. Unfortunately, your phone and computer are not on the same "network" even if they're connected to the same router. Something is blocking it. Is your computer wired or wirelessly connected to your router? If both your computer and phone are connected wirelessly, are they on the same "band" (2.4GHz vs 5GHz, usually the router will tell you this when you set it up)?

I'm trying to figure out if your router is blocking connections, or if it is something else entirely.

Thanks for your patience!

Computer is connected with cable. No possibility to get it wireless.

I got it working!

I was thinking "how would I ensure that they are actually connected" then I watched my usb cable. Yeah so simple thing. I just connected my phone to my computer with usb cable then went to phone settings and allowed tethering (or whatever it is in english)

Thankyou for your amazing help :)
